You may use MerchantBrief only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for any activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account information and maintain the security of your login credentials. You may not share unauthorized access or attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service.

MerchantBrief is billed on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

Prices may change with notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

4.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual payments are eligible for a refund within 7 days of initial purchase. After 7 days, annual payments are non-refundable.

4.3 Billing Issues

If you believe you were charged in error, you must contact us within 30 days of the charge so we can investigate.

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to refunds outside the terms above.

By connecting third-party platforms (such as a payment processor), you grant us permission to retrieve and process business data necessary to operate the Service. You may disconnect at any time.

MerchantBrief and all associated content, trademarks, and materials are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

MerchantBrief is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, uptime, or suitability for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
